During Ubisoft’s earnings call which ended a few minutes ago, the company revealed that it plans to release 4 major titles in the next fiscal year. As expected, the games include the rumored Assassin’s Creed: Origins, The Crew 2, Far Cry 5 and South Park: The Fractured But Whole. All of these titles are expected to return this fiscal year, which started on April 2017 and will last until March 2018. Hopefully we won’t have to wait until Holiday 2017 or Spring 2018 to play them.

An image also appeared on Ubisoft’s blog with a Far Cry 5 logo. What’s unique about this is that it features the colors of the American flag, lending further credence to the rumor that the game takes place in the United States, particularly Montana. Many were expecting it to be a Western, but that doesn’t appear to be the case. No other information was revealed during the call and Ubisoft’s head, Yves Guillemot, said that everyone would have to wait until E3 2017 for more details. Their E3 briefing will take place on Monday, June 12. Ubisoft also confirmed that in the following fiscal year, from 2018 to 2019, the company plans on debuting another 4 major AAA games.
