August Insider update for Office for Windows 10 Mobile apps now available for download

Microsoft has released the preview of the August feature update for Office Insiders on Windows 10 devices including tablets and phones. This latest Insider update v17.8431 now allows users to cut and copy cells in Excel Mobile app. Find the full change log below.

• Improved smart quotes: You asked for it! Smart quotes are now smarter after em dashes (—).
• Insert cut or copied cells: We heard you! Cut or copy cells and insert them with just a tap. Works for whole rows and columns.
