This VR shooter supports Windows Mixed Reality and lets you wield dual controllers

Microsoft’s Windows Mixed Reality developer kit headsets and even controllers are getting into the hands of reviewers but a common refrain we hear is that there is nothing to test them on, as no software has been developed for the platform yet.

It turns out this is not quite true, as there are VR games already in the Windows Store that can be used with the headsets.

One such game is GunSpinning VR, which also works in 2D and is available for other VR platforms for about $4.99 (but free on the Windows Store.)

The game is an indie-grade western zombie shooter on rails, requiring you to clean up your city from the zombies infesting it.

The story line is probably not as important as the fact that you can use it to test out your new device, and that it demonstrates that largely similar apps can move easily between the different competing VR platforms.

So if you are lucky enough to have a headset, give the game a spin and let us know how well your set up work in the Idea below.
