Halo wins best gaming soundtrack of all time in Twitch poll

Today, Twitch ran a poll asking Twitch fans what the best gaming soundtrack of all time was. The service gave people many options but unsurprisingly Halo came out on top. The chanting monks coupled with the classical and electronic music are amazing.

The Halo theme song is a part of popular culture because everyone knows it. Martin O’Donnell did outstanding work and it’s a shame that he isn’t with Bungie anymore. Hopefully Microsoft will continue the tradition of an amazing soundtrack in future Halo games because Halo 4 was also one of the best. The John-117 theme was truly breathtaking when you land on the ancient Forerunner planet.
