Microsoft is fixing one of the most annoying issues in Excel

In Microsoft Excel, you can select multiple cells by using Ctrl key. When you use Ctrl to select multiple cells, you can’t unselect a cell if it was misclicked. Instead, you have to select the cells all over again. Yes, there’s no way to unselect cells. If you are a regular user of Excel, you must have come across this situation before. But the good news is that Microsoft is finally fixing this issue.

Microsoft today released new Office build Version 1712 (8828.2010) to Office Insiders and it comes with new features and improvements. One of new feature is for Excel, you now have the option to deselect cells that you accidentally clicked without having to start over.

For Outlook desktop users, Microsoft has made improvements to groups. Groups Conversations now load faster than ever and you can double-click to open the latest message in its own window just like you do with your email messages in Outlook inbox.
