Google Chrome to support HDR Video on Windows 10

ساخت وبلاگ

Writing on their blog, Google has confirmed that their Chrome browser will support HDR video on Windows 10.

HDR video brings more vibrant colours, darker blacks and brighter whites, but does require HDR-capable monitors and video cards and also special HDR content.

Chrome first supported HDR in Chrome for Android last year, and will now make the jump to the desktop.

The feature should already be available if you have the latest version of their browser. The feature is not exclusive to Chrome, as  Netflix recently rolled out HDR support for their video in the Edge browser too.
