Microsoft today released an update for Groove Music app in Microsoft Store for Insiders in the Fast Ring. This update brings the much-awaited Equalizer feature. Users can access the equalizer from the Settings page. Microsoft is offering several presets like Flat, Treble Boost, Bass Bost, etc for users to choose from. Microsoft yesterday released a preview of the January 2018 feature update for Office Insiders on Android devices. This Build 16.0.9001.2005 comes with a couple of new features. First, Word for Android now supports writing and editing math equations. Users can now write their math equations in linear format, for example like a2+b2=c2 and Word will convert it into professional display format a²+b²=c². Microsoft launched their Windows Mixed Reality ecosystem in October last year, and so far we have had very little indication of how the platform is doing. Fortunately, the Steam platform has come to the rescue. Around the middle of last year, we predicted, based on the then trend, that Windows 10 will overtake Windows 7 worldwide by the end of 2017. Now the latest Netmarketshare numbers are in, and at least by their numbers, it appears that date may be pretty far off still. It appears in the last quarter of 2017 the decline in Windows 7 numbers stabilized, while Windows 10 lost some momentum.
