Microsoft today released a new update for Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel on iOS. The latest update is not a major release for any of these apps, but it brings a nice new feature: integration with Egnyte and Leaium. With the latest update, users can access files from Egnyte and Leaium, and they can also store files on these services. For those unfamiliar, Egnyte is a file sharing service for enterprise while Leaium is a service which allows students to share documents and ideas.
Here is the changelog for the latest update:
- Enjoy even more flexibility for storing and accessing your Office files, with Egnyte and Leaium.
Apart from the above new feature, PowerPoint has picked up another new feature which allows users to play multiple audio tracks in a slide. Additionally, the update also allows users to play videos that include closed captions in a slide.
