The HP Elite X3 is not expected to ship for some weeks, with Clove for example expecting their first stock only on th 19th August.
German site windowsunited.de however reports that some smaller German retailers already report having devices in stock, such as Jacob.de (above) who report having 17 units. NordPC also claims to have handsets in stock.
Of course these retailers may simply be trying to capture early orders (at elevated prices) and then may delay shipping until the same general availability as everyone else.
