New PowerPoint feature helps you spot what’s changed in your presentation

Microsoft recently released a new Office build for Fast Insiders on Windows desktop. This new build comes with updated PowerPoint collaborative feature that will help users to spot what’s changed in their presentation.

Imagine you have shared a PowerPoint presentation with your friend, your friend will make some changes in the presentation while reviewing. When you re-open the shared presentation, you may find yourself wondering what has changed since your last visit. PowerPoint 2016 now automatically keeps track of changes made in online documents. The new feature included in the PowerPoint will help you quickly identify what’s changed, by which person, and at what time.

Requirements:

• This feature is available for Office 365 subscribers who have joined the Office Insider program, using PowerPoint for Windows desktop.
• Both collaborators must be ruing Microsoft Office Version 1708 (Build 8403.1000) or higher. Otherwise, the feature won’t work or the highlight color may appear slightly different.
