Samsung aounces LinkedIn intergration for Bixby users

Samsung today aounced their partnership with LinkedIn that will help the new Galaxy S8 and S8+ users to stay informed and more prepared in their professional life. Bixby, Samsung’s smart assistant that ships default on Galaxy S8 and S8+ devices will now have LinkedIn integration. Users can coect Bixby with their LinkedIn account to have access to LinkedIn’s content and calendar experience.

If you have a meeting ahead in your calendar, Bixby will notify you with information about who you’re going to meet through “My Schedule” notifications. It will also provide you links to their LinkedIn profile which highlights other info such as shared coections. You can also get the same information for your completed meetings under “LinkedIn: People You Met” allowing you to keep track of your recent appointments.

Bixby will now also display Trending Storylines from LinkedIn which will help you keep up to date with the latest news.
