Citrix XenDesktop now offers better support for Continuum for Windows 10

Citrix’s mission is to deliver as native an experience as possible for their remote desktop applications, and their latest iovation is offering full support for Windows 10 Continuum on whatever hardware you are ruing on.

Windows Continuum is the ability of Windows 10 to enter desktop or tablet mode depending on changes in the hardware, such as detaching the keyboard or folding the keyboard behind the screen.

Citrix XenDesktop, with XenServer already supported tablet mode, but their latest iovation enables the operating system of the virtual machine to automatically toggle between Desktop and Tablet mode in real-time, as the state of the hardware changes, to give you the most native workspace experience.

The service works even works when you detach your iPad from its keyboard, offering a consistent Windows 10 experience no matter what host hardware or operating system you use.
